    Responsibilities

    • Greet each and every customer with a warm and friendly smile.
    • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and successfully schedule appointments with those customer's.
    • Identify primary concerns and determine customer needs through open ended questions, "what service can we help you with today?"
    • Utilize active listening skills, acknowledge the requested services and discuss next steps of the check in process.
    • Build rapport with with customer's, presentating the required maintenances based on overall inspection.
    • Professionally introduce the MPI (multi-point inspection) offering opportunities and benifits, requesting approval for their specific MPI today.
    • Assist in making a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, the dealership, and you.
    • Overcome objections, giving explinations and creating win win situations for our customer's and our company.
    • Conduct the "Active delivery" upon completion of services reviewing work performed, cost breakdown and scheduling next appointment.
    • Escort customer to service cashier explaining location of their vehicle location. 

    Qualifications

    • Proven customer service skills.
    • Possesses a positive and self-driven attitude.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and basic computer software.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrates the desire to improve and advance personally and professionally.
    • Three years esperience in an auto repair facility.
    • ASE certification is preferred
    • A flexible schedule to work weekdays, weekends and evening shifts if required.
    • Must have a good driving record and is insurable.
    • Pass a drug screening to ensure we build a safe and winning team.
