    Responsibilities

    • Making Customer Satisfaction your number one priority.
    • Greeting customers and co-workers where ever you may be in the dealership.
    • Determine the wants and needs of our customer in order to select the BEST automobile.
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
    • Assist in making a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, the dealership, and you.
    • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and successfully while scheduling appointments with those customer's.
    • Following up with UN-sold customers who have not yet purchased.
    • Complete "customer satisfaction" following up calls with customers that have chosen us.
    • Obtain referrals for future customer's.
    • Candidates must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends and evening shifts.

    Qualifications

    • Possesses a positive and self-driven attitude.
    • Presents themselves professionally to appeal to the general public.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and basic computer software.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to develop strong and positive relationships with customers.
    • Must have a good driving record and is insurable.
    • Pass a drug screening to ensure we build a safe and winning team.
